One of Ireland's finest Cistercian monasteries

Located on the Hook Peninsula in County Wexford, Dunbrody Abbey retains much of its 13th-century church and extensive remains of buildings around the cloister garth. With an 800-year history, the abbey stands on the site of one of Ireland's most impressive ruined Cistercian monasteries.
